The Royal Hospital Donnybrook Voluntary Housing Association: Support Coordinator – Fixed term 1 year We are recruiting a Support Coordinator to develop and implement the phased roll-out of the OPRAH (Older People Remaining at Home) programme. This is a research action project aimed at supporting older adults to remain living in their own homes in conjunction with Ageing Well Network.
